This lecture offers a space for dialogue on identity, integration, and gender relations, highlighting the experiences of Arab professionals working in obstetrics and gynecology in Germany. It explores how these experiences shed light on the diversity and social transformations within migrant communities. Three Arab obstetricians and gynecologists from different generations will share their professional journeys and personal insights. They will discuss the challenges of navigating cultural norms, balancing Arab traditions with the expectations of German society, and rethinking medical practice in a multicultural and multi-voiced environment.
